The School of Religion at 91ºÚÁÏÍø is pleased to announce that Sharday Mosurinjohn will be joining the School as an Assistant Professor with a specialty in the Contemporary Religious Context.

Dr. Mosurinjohn has a PhD in Cultural Studies from 91ºÚÁÏÍø (2015), where her dissertation analyzed boredom as a spiritual crisis of modernity that is mediated digitally, both in terms of alleviating boredom and perpetuating it.  She also examines the way religious movements represent themselves through and are represented to others by media.

We are very excited about the new approaches to the study of religion that Sharday will bring to the School and heartily welcome her.
