Join the Evergreen Club, Canada鈥檚 ensemble of eight remarkable musicians who perform and record using an assortment of bronze and wooden instruments from Indonesia. Collectively these instruments are known as a gamelan 鈥� an instrument ensemble that plays an important role in the Indonesian culture. Featured in the movie soundtracks of Life of Pi and The Ice Storm, the Evergreen Club has enchanted audiences around the world. The Evergreen Club will perform traditional Sundanese pieces as well as Canadian and international commissioned pieces created for this feted ensemble.
