Deb Matthews was a politician with the Ontario Liberal Party for 15 years and served as a Cabinet minister in the governments of Dalton McGuinty and Kathleen Wynne. She served as the Minister of Health and Long-Term Care, Minister of Children and Youth Services, Minister of Advanced Education and Skills Development, as well as President of the Treasury Board. This conversation will focus on the importance of being a woman in the field of politics, the challenges women face, and opportunities for the next generation.
