In March 2020, Queen鈥檚 University entered unknown territory as we, along with every other institution of higher ed in the country, went completely remote. The intervening year saw our students, staff, and faculty rise to the occasion and succeed 鈥� but not without learning difficult lessons along the way. We discuss these experiences and draw out some lessons learned as the COVID-19 pandemic enters its second year.鈥�
