    Description:

    The Insanity Live! Mega Class will push you past your limits with this cardio-based max interval training class! This class of high-intensity cardio and plyometric drills incorporating intervals of strength, power, resistance and core training.  Enjoy this 45-minute long fitness class, a commemorative Get Your 150 t-shirt, coupons, healthy snack (while supplies last) and a ballot to enter to win a prize for just $10!

    Mega Class is an event supporting the promotion of the "Get Your 150" message. This program is an initiative aiming to increase the number of students at 91黑料网 who engage in at least 150 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity per week.
